Figurative

'Figurative', as the title suggests, is a collection of works concerned with the human figure or figures, nude or clothed.

I make a point of joining life drawing groups whenever I can, in an effort to improve my observational skills.

Seeing rather than simply looking at, and trying to convincingly represent the body form, proportions, features, expression and skin tone must be one of the most difficult tasks for any artist.
